Paris: Week Two, Day Four

Wednesday, July 5

Today was a pretty boring day.

There was more French.

And I found a article that looks like it’s about aliens. Very cool.

I really wanted some McDonald’s today because I thought it would be quick and easy. After class, I mapped out a walk to the nearest McDonald’s. On the way there, I got waylaid by a beggar and ended up skipping out on the McDonald’s to avoid interacting with him again. Instead, I detoured to Burger King. I’ve never had Burger King in France so I thought it might be interesting.

They had some cool things on the menu that I haven’t seen in the USA.

I ordered a veggie burger. It was completely and utterly gross! I couldn’t even finish it. The ones in the US are not great, but this one was terrible. So, no more Burger King for me during my stay here.

On the way home, I saw some random stuff that caught my interest. Some art, some food, some trash, some buildings. Nothing much to say.

At home, I worked on the editing videos, updating the blog, and doing homework.

As is now my custom, I ended my night with a view of the park outside my window.
